Returns and Refunds Policy

1. For hygiene and safety reasons, earrings are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless they arrive damaged or faulty. Under UK law, earrings are considered intimate items and are exempt from return or exchange once unsealed or worn, unless faulty or not as described.
2. To initiate a return, please contact us at lowri-daviies@hotmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions for returning
   the item.
3. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7 working days.
4. Custom or made-to-order items are crafted specifically for you and are not eligible for return or exchange, unless faulty.
